  • Which features can members use unlimited?

    Members can use all image-related features without limitation, except for watermark removal (advanced model), Headshot Pro, and video features.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

    We support immediate upgrades but do not currently support downgrades. For upgrades, you will get instant access to all premium features, and the remaining value of your current plan will be automatically deducted from the price of your upgrade, so you only pay the difference

  • Can I cancel during the trial subscription?

    Yes, you can cancel your membership during the trial period, and no charges will be applied after the trial ends.

  • What is the expiration period for purchased credits?

    Purchased credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused credits will automatically expire.
