Refund Policy
1. No Refunds on Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds for active subscriptions. Canceling your subscription will stop future renewals, but it will not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all subscription features until the end of your billing cycle.
To help you decide before subscribing, we offer a free plan that lets you experience the core features of our product. We encourage you to explore it fully before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Manual Refunds
In the event of a billing error or any issues with your subscription or purchase, we may process manual refunds on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe you qualify for a manual refund, please contact us via email at service@aiease.ai. Use the subject line “Billing“ and include the following information:
- The email address associated with your AIEASE account
- A brief explanation of the issue
